These Terms of Service govern access to rokvar.com, the ROKVAR storefront, and purchases made through the site. For orders placed through ROKVAR, the contracting merchant and payment recipient is HK XINLONGWEI TRADE LIMITED, Business Registration Number (BRN) 77869166, Room P11, Unit 2C, 2/F, Hung To Centre, Nos. 94-96 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong ("ROKVAR," "we," "us," or "our" for contractual purposes).

By visiting the site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law are not excluded or limited by these Terms.

1. Store and product roles

ROKVAR is an electric off-road retail storefront. For 79BIKE products offered to U.S. customers, Chen Wei e-commerce LLC is the authorized non-exclusive U.S. distributor under an authorization issued by Xinghai High Tech (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. for the period December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026. HK XINLONGWEI TRADE LIMITED remains the contracting merchant and payment recipient for orders placed through this storefront. This disclosure concerns only covered 79BIKE products and does not state that the ROKVAR name, a ROKVAR-branded product, or an unrelated product is authorized or endorsed by 79BIKE or the authorization issuer.

ROKVAR is not the manufacturer of the products it sells. Product names, manufacturer marks, specifications, images, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and meet any age requirements that apply where you live. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information, orders, and activity submitted through your account.

3. Product information and lawful use

We work to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, availability, and compatibility information. Electric off-road vehicles can differ by market, production batch, configuration, and approved accessory. Minor corrections may be made when information is incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for confirming local rules concerning age, licensing, registration, insurance, road use, trail access, protective equipment, and vehicle operation. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, electric dirt bikes are sold for lawful off-road or private-property use. Never operate a vehicle without reading the supplied documentation, completing required assembly and inspection, and wearing appropriate protective equipment.

4. Orders, acceptance, and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify identity, payment, delivery information, product availability, and compliance before accepting an order. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, failed verification, or another lawful reason. If a cancelled order has been charged, the refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown when applicable. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. A payment provider may apply its own terms, security checks, and processing time. The billing descriptor may identify HK XINLONGWEI TRADE LIMITED or the applicable payment processor.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, freight charges, delivery estimates, address-change rules, pre-order treatment, customs responsibilities, and delay procedures are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service in writing. Risk of loss and title transfer as required by applicable law and the agreed delivery terms.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Return eligibility, authorization requirements, cancellation charges, loss-in-value deductions, non-returnable items, and refund processing are described in the Refund Policy. Do not ship a product back without written return authorization and return instructions.

8. Warranty and support

Warranty service is governed by the written warranty supplied with the order and the Warranty & Claims page. A warranty claim may require proof of purchase, serial number, photos, videos, diagnostic results, and reasonable cooperation with remote technical review. Warranty remedies do not replace non-waivable statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

The site's layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or used under permission from HK XINLONGWEI TRADE LIMITED, suppliers, manufacturers, licensors, or other rights holders. You may use site content only for personal, non-commercial shopping and product research. Copying, scraping, republishing, selling, translating for commercial use, removing rights notices, creating an imitation storefront, or implying an authorization or affiliation that does not exist is prohibited.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, use automated systems in a way that burdens the service, submit false information, violate another person's rights, or use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

11. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party payment, logistics, analytics, support, social, mapping, or other services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description, image, or third-party service will always be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HK XINLONGWEI TRADE LIMITED and its officers, employees, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from site use, third-party services, or unlawful or unsafe product use. Any remaining liability will be determined under applicable law and the facts of the order.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of a product. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

14. Changes, severability, and waiver

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, security, or service reasons. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence and cannot lawfully be waived. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
