Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the ROKVAR storefront. The contracting merchant is HK XINLONGWEI TRADE LIMITED. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a guaranteed service is expressly confirmed in writing.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed and required verification is complete. Orders received Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. begin processing the same business day when operationally possible; later orders begin the next business day. Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends.

For the listed models, the normal combined estimate is approximately 10-15 days after payment and verification, based on the processing and transit ranges above. Weather, carrier capacity, remote locations, address issues, customer availability, inspections, and events outside our reasonable control can extend delivery.

Freight delivery and customer contact

Electric dirt bikes may ship by freight. Provide a valid delivery address and phone number. A carrier may contact you to arrange an appointment or confirm access. You are responsible for responding to carrier messages, ensuring suitable delivery access, and examining the shipment before signing when practical. Additional carrier charges caused by an inaccurate address, missed appointment, inaccessible location, storage, re-delivery, or customer-requested service may be charged where permitted.

Tracking

Tracking or freight-reference information is provided when available. Some freight systems update less frequently than parcel tracking. Contact us if the estimate has passed and the carrier has not provided a useful update.

Address changes

An address change is free before shipment if the order has not been committed to a carrier. After dispatch, changes are subject to carrier approval and any redirection or service fees. We cannot change an address after successful delivery.

Pre-orders and mixed orders

A product page may state a separate estimated dispatch date for a pre-order. If an order contains a pre-order item and available items, the order may be held and shipped together unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delays and unavailable items

If verification, inventory, or a material delay affects your order, we will use the contact information provided at checkout to communicate available options. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, government action, labor disruption, force majeure, or inaccurate customer information, except to the extent required by law.

International orders, taxes, and customs

International availability, shipping charges, and estimates must be confirmed for the destination. Unless checkout or a written quotation expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage, registration, and compliance with local vehicle laws. Refusal to pay required charges or refusal of delivery may result in deduction of non-refundable outbound, return, storage, duty, and carrier costs from any refund where lawful.

Local use requirements

The customer is responsible for determining whether an electric dirt bike may be imported, registered, insured, transported, or operated at the destination. Shipping availability does not establish road legality or permission to ride in a particular location.
